Want to feel like a fighter pilot? Slap on a pair of these new GPS-enabled ski goggles from Zeal Optics.

A built-in GPS unit by Recon Instruments records information such as speed, altitude and change in vertical feet. An LCD screen inside the goggle displays the stats in real time as you skiing, snowboarding or snowshoe.

After your day on the mountain, a USB port on the goggles lets you download the data to a computer and use Recon Instruments software to plot the stats on Google maps.

The jet fighter experience doesn’t come cheap. The goggles come in two models, costing $399 and $499 depeding on the lens quality.
